The HARLEM VALLEY CAR CLUB is a non-profit car club started in Dover Plains, New York. Since the closing of the Valley Diner, the club hosts it weekly cruise in downtown Pawling every Wednesday Night during the season from April to September and is open to any type of cars, trucks, bikes and custom cars. The club also raises funds to make various donation to: high schools in the form of scholarships ,the VFW in Dover as well as other programs throughout the year.
One such program is the (food donation centers) in Pawling and Dover Plains. On November 17th members of the club visited the donation centers to present them with its annual donation check. This program is made possible through the efforts of its members and the sponsors who support the club each year.
Another fund raiser is the involvement with a "Toys for Tots Cruise" with other car clubs both in N.Y. and Conn. and the Connecticut /New York State Police. This cruise started nine yeas ago with 20 car. The last cruise on December 3rd involved 176 cars. We thank all involved for their continuing support.
